The Hospital of Death (Arc) is the fourth arch of Mahou Shoujo of the End and First Season.

Description

After returning from the trip to the past, all the survivors will take refuge in Tsukune Fukumoto's father's Hospital to regain strength for all the chaos that occurred, but in a matter of minutes the place is assaulted by many Subspecies of Magical Girls leaving death and destruction for all floors of the hospital complex.

Rintaro Akuta discovers that the stick can be used by humans.
Living Dead M improves on subspecies of Magical Girls.
Appearance of the Incomplete FUSION of Rintaro Akuta.
Parasite M is interrogated a second time to discover more details about the Plan Magical Girls of the End and the creator of the subspecies of Magical Girls.
Miu Anai's journey 20 years into the past creates the Third Temporary Line.
Tsukune Fukumoto dies at the hands of Ki Kogami.
Destruction of the Second Temporary Line.
